1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using notiease.com ("the Site") or purchasing any NotiEase template ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any Products.
2. License to Use Templates
Upon purchase, NotiEase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- Duplicate and use the Notion template in your own Notion workspace.
- Modify the template for your own personal or internal business use.
Free templates downloaded from the Site are licensed under the same terms.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute any NotiEase template — whether in original or modified form — to any third party.
- Use templates to create competing template products or services.
- Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices included in the templates.
- Claim templates as your own original work for commercial purposes.
4. Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are processed through our payment partner. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, email hello@notiease.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we will process a full refund promptly.
Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, we are not required by law to offer refunds — we do so as a goodwill policy and reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of clear abuse.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design assets, and template structure — is the intellectual property of NotiEase and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or republish any Site content without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NotiEase does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that templates will meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotiEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
